What this actually is

This is not a surface-level audit or a set-and-forget tweak.

It’s a structured optimisation process, involving collaboration, implementation, and clear communication — designed to leave your account in a significantly stronger position.

While this is a one-off service, it typically involves some back-and-forth to ensure the right changes are made in the right order.

This service does not include live calls. All communication happens via email, with clear updates throughout the process and a final walkthrough at the end.

How the tune-up works

1. Initial review & plan

We start with a full review of your account and email you our findings, along with a clear plan outlining what we recommend tackling during the tune-up.

2. Technical foundations (if needed)

If there are tracking or technical issues (such as conversion tracking or product feed problems), we prioritise fixing these first to ensure decisions are based on accurate data.

3. Implementation & optimisation

We then move into hands-on optimisation and implementation inside your Google Ads account, focusing on the changes that will have the biggest impact.

4. Wrap-up & handover

Once complete, you’ll receive a summary email — usually with a short video — walking through what’s been done and highlighting any key things you should know going forward.
